What if my "Check Engine" light is on?

If your "Check Engine" light is on, bring your vehicle in to us for a free inspection. We don't charge to do an electronic diagnostic check.

Would it be better to get a new car?

Not likely. The average new car today costs between $20,000 and $25,000. After taxes and fees, monthly payments can easily be $400 each month. Even if you ignore the downpayment, monthly payments will be $2400 in the first 6 months. Even if your car needs a $2000 repair, you'll break even in just 5 months. By the sixth month, you will actually have saved money.

Even with a $2000 repair, it's still cheaper in the long run to fix and maintain your car than it is to replace it.

Is my car worth repairing?

The best way to make sure your car is worth fixing is to have it checked thoroughly by one of our qualified technicians. While no one can predict the future, a good examination should reveal most items that could possibly fail in the future.

As long as your car checks out okay, and you've maintained it properly over the years, you can be fairly confident that it won't "nickel-and-dime" you after the repair.
